Which vehicles and chargers does it work with?
Read the charger → vehicle path above: the left side plugs into the charger, the right side into the vehicle. AC, DC and V2L paths are not interchangeable. For DC fast charging, also confirm network access in the vehicle’s app.

What warranty and after-sales support is included?
A 12-month manufacturing-defect warranty on adapters, with a real support team by phone. Commercial EVSE warranty terms are confirmed in each quote.
Do chargers support OCPP or app control?
Commercial DC stations support OCPP 1.6 / 2.0. Wall-mounted AC models offer Wi-Fi, 4G, Bluetooth and RFID options depending on configuration.
