Charging questions
My DC adapter connects but the session won’t start.
Check that your vehicle has network access enabled in its app, firmware is up to date, and the adapter is fully latched on both ends. Then unplug, wait 10 seconds and retry.
Charging slowed down or stopped mid-session.
A2Z adapters use over-temperature switches that derate or pause charging to protect the connector. Let it cool, reconnect, and charging resumes.
Can I use an AC adapter at a DC fast charger?
No. AC and DC paths are not interchangeable. DC + AC models support both through one adapter — check the product badge.
What does V2L do?
Vehicle-to-load adapters turn a V2L-capable EV into a power source with an appliance outlet. They only work on vehicles that support V2L.
